| Climate |
| The climate of Korea is characterized by four distinct seasons : spring, summer, fall, and winter. The summer gradually begins from June and gets hot and humid in July and August. Temperature of daytime in June is about 22~27°C (72~81°F) and early morning and night time is about 18~20°C (64 ~68°F). Short sleeve shirt is suitable for outdoors during the day time, while a light jacket is recommended indoors and for early morning and night. |

| Insurance |
Participants are advised to take out adequate travel and health insurance before leaving their respective countries. The Organizing Committee has no insurance coverage for the participants and will not be responsible for any accident that may occur during the congress. |

Eating out is one of the great pleasures of visiting Korea, a country famous for its diverse native dishes. Korean cuisine is nutritious, well balanced and low in calories as it involves a wide variety of vegetables and fermented foods. Bulgogi (marinated, barbecued beef) and Bibimbap (steam rice mixed with vegetables) are the most famous. |

| Service charges are included in your bill for rooms, meals and other services at hotels and upscale restaurants. Koreans occasionally do tip when they are especially pleased with the service they receive. |
