How can I reserve a hotel room for the XVIII World Congress? |

The KOSHA has contracted a sufficient number of discounted rated rooms in Seoul. You must make a hotel reservation through the Registration and Housing Office at discounted rate. The deadline for hotel reservations is May 31, 2008.

Can I receive a refund of my hotel deposit if I cancel my XVIII World Congress registration? |

|
|
Hotel deposits are fully refundable if cancelled before May 31, 2008. Hotel deposits are 50 percent refundable if cancelled from June 1 to June 15, 2008. Rooms cancelled after June 16, 2008 are non-refundable.
