When is XVIII World Congress on Safety and Health at Work being held?
From June 29 to July 2, 2008
Who is eligible to participate in the World Congress?
The World Congress aims to attract persons who are directly or indirectly dealing with safety and health at work:
High-level government officials, high-level decision makers, CEOs, and labour    leaders
Safety engineers and technicians, hygienists, and occupational scientists
Occupational physicians and company doctors as well as persons working in the
   field of occupational medicine
Labour inspectors and technical factory inspectors
Professors, instructors, trainers, and teachers in the field of education
Workers and their representatives
Employers and their organizations
Decision makers in the public sector
Decision makers from social security
Public and non-public organizations
International and regional organizations
Manufacturers and importers of safety materials
Experts in communication and public relations
Media representatives and journalists
Will there be simultaneous interpretation services?
There will be simultaneous interpretation available in five official languages of the Congress: English, French, German, Spanish and Korean. This service will be provided during all sessions and events. If necessary, the Japanese and Chinese interpretation service may be provided.
Will Congress proceedings be provided?
The Congress proceedings will be posted on the Official Website after the Congress is over.
Will there be shuttle service available?
Shuttle services between the Congress venue and the hotels will be available,
from Saturday June 28 to Wednesday July 2, 2008.
Airport limousine buses between the airport and the Congress venue will be available.

Where can I eat?
There is a tremendous variety of food available at restaurants in the COEX Mall.
Are there any post office and bank desk (or ATM) around the Congress venue?
In the COEX Convention Center, there are a post office and ATMs.
Is there any depository where I can store my personal belongings?
We will establish a temporary depository where you can store yours safely.
Are there certain facilities for the physically challenged (for example, parking lots, wheelchair elevators, and bathrooms) available during the Congress?
There are exclusive parking areas marked for the physically challenged. If you need additional help, please ask for help for the staff.
