The Symposia, the Poster Session, and the Speakers' Corners are the programmes for the participants to be the speakers at XVIII World Congress on Safety and Health at Work.

Institutions or individuals interested in making a presentation at the Symposia are requested to submit abstract(s) for consideration by the symposium organizers by December 31, 2007. Please click here for online submission. In cases of genuine difficulties, please download and fill out the Call for Papers Form and return it to the symposium organizers by December 31, 2007 (please refer to the detailed list of the symposium organizers). The abstract should be no longer than 300 words and must enclose a translation in English. The symposium organizers will inform each candidate by January 31, 2008 as to whether their paper has been selected. Papers selected for presentation at a symposium should be prepared according to the instructions which will be posted on the Official Website of the World Congress and sent to the symposium organizers by April 15, 2008.

To participate in the Poster Sessions, abstract submission is requested for consideration by the KOSHA. Please click here for online submission. In cases of genuine difficulties, please download and fill out the Call for Papers Form and return it to the Secretariat for the World Congress by December 31, 2007 The abstract of the poster should be no longer than 300 words and must enclose a translation in English. After a review process, the KOSHA will confirm posters that are accepted by January 31, 2008. Those whose posters have been accepted will be requested to send the poster in question to the Secretariat by April 15, 2008 following the instructions which will be available on the Official Website of the World Congress. The Secretariat is planning to print the posters free of charge.

The co-organizers of XVIII World Congress on Safety and Health at Work will do their best to provide as many opportunities as possible for the experts in health and safety field around the world to make oral presentations. However since the number of people making presentations is limited for each symposium, please make sure to hand in your Call for Papers in advance. Those who are not selected for an oral presentation will be given an opportunity to present their papers at the Speakers' Corners or to participate in the Poster Sessions if they wish to do so. The co-organizers of the World Congress will do their best to make the Symposium a platform for the exchange of information among international experts in occupational safety and health. We would like to ask for your interest and participation to make a successful World Congress.
