The Congress Secretariat has secured accommodations in and around the Congress venue, and will offer specially reduced rates for Congress participants.
Reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis, and participants are kindly advised to make hotel reservations before May 31, 2008. In the case of requests received after the deadline, the Registration and Housing Office will not be able to guarantee room availability.

Reservation Method
Reservations can be made through the Congress website at www.safety2008korea.org by filling in the on-line Hotel Reservation page. Depending on the availability of rooms, rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
Deposit and Confirmation
To secure room reservation, all reservations must be guaranteed by deposit of a one night payment or credit card information must be given. All hotel charges guaranteed by credit card information will be settled when checking out. The credit card information will be used to guarantee your room reservation only. However, if you cannot give your credit card informat-ion, you should forward one night's deposit by bank transfer to the Registration and Housing Office to secure your room reservation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations of accommodation are to be handled by the Registration and Housing Office. All requests for changes must be made in writing and forwarded to the Registration and Housing Office by fax or e-mail. Requests for changes or cancellations should not be sent to the hotel directly. The Registration and Housing Office will make every attempt to carry out your request for changes, but cannot guarantee that it will fulfill requests for changes or bookings made after May 31, 2008

* All bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
