at the World Congress. |

On-line registration is highly recommended as this is both the fastest and easiest way to register. |
|
| 3. |
Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until full payment is received and confirmation letter will be sent upon clearance of payment. |
|
| 4. |
Those who should submit an abstract for their oral or poster presentation MUST pre-register for the Congress. Without registration and full payment by May 28, 2008, they will not be included in a list of speakers and presenters for each scheduled programme. |

Students must submit an official document attesting to status of student by fax or e-mail. |

For further information regarding developing countries, please click here. Participants from developing countries should send a copy of their passport to the Registration & Housing Office by fax or e-mail. |

Registrants will be allowed to attend all sessions, including the Welcome Reception, the National Evening, the International Film and Multimedia Festival, the International Safety and Health Exhibition, and the Technical Visits. |

Accompanying Persons will be provided a special kit and will be allowed to attend the Welcome Reception, the National Evening, the International Film and Multimedia Festival, the International Safety and Health Exhibition and the Technical Visits. |

| VISA, MasterCard, JCB, etc. are accepted. Please clearly state credit card information. All participants wishing to pay by credit card should make an online payment at the official website. Please kindly note that Amex Card holders abroad are not able to make an online credit card payment. A domestic card company handling Amex Card transactions has not provided online Amex Card payment services since January 1, 2008. However, you can use Amex Card offline in Korea. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for inconveniencing you. |

| All cancellations must be made in writing via fax (+82-2-3452-7292) or e-mail (safety_reg@intercom.co.kr) to the Registration & Housing Office. Cancellation will not be accepted over the phone. |
